She was dissatisfied with the aesthetics of her teeth, experienced difficulty speaking and reported problems with biting and swallowing food.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_ae_slider elementor-section following problems were identified in the patient:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">A bony malocclusion involving:<br \/> <br>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Underdevelopment of the jaw,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Open anterior bite,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Retained nine permanent teeth due to an undersized jaw,<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Congenital absence of two permanent tooth buds (teeth 16 and 15) and the presence of three persistent deciduous teeth (53, 73, 83),<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Two extra teeth: the mesiodens between the upper ones and the upper left bicuspid, which blocked the eruption of the permanent teeth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"ol1\" start=\"2\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Caries outbreaks in current teeth in the mouth.<\/li> <br>\n<li class=\"li1\">Speech and ENT problems including lack of proper nasal breathing, reduced muscle tone in the mouth, tongue, cheeks, interdental septation in all three ranks and abnormal swallowing pattern.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type:
