Platelet-rich plasma (vampire lifting)
Platelet-rich plasma is a preparation resulting from the treatment of the patient’s own blood. This blood is collected during the visit using a special treatment kit. In the next phase, it is centrifuged and separated. The plasma prepared in this way can be administered to the patient.
What is the purpose of spinning?
In combination with separation, it allows plasma to be concentrated so as to obtain the highest concentration of platelets in it.
Plasma improves the process of tissue regeneration and the production of new blood vessels. It activates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and improves the work of stem cells.
Often, platelet-rich plasma is used in combination therapy with laser therapy to enhance the skin remodeling effect and accelerate healing.

What it looks like
treatment
The treatment – like all medical procedures – is preceded by a medical consultation, during which the whole process is explained step by step. The patient also informs the doctor about his health problems to perform the procedure.
The treatment – like all medical procedures – is preceded by a medical consultation, during which the whole process is explained step by step. The patient also informs the doctor about his health problems to perform the procedure.
The therapy involves collecting the patient’s blood (approx. 5-20 ml). In the next phase, erythrocytes and leukocytes are separated from the plasma containing platelets. This is done in a specially prepared centrifuge. The platelet-rich plasma obtained in this way is the basic preparation on which the performed procedure is based. It can be successfully applied locally (like classic mesotherapy) or linearly (along wrinkles and folds). The treatment can be used on various parts of the body.
For maximum comfort of the patient, anesthesia is usually applied by covering the treatment site with an anesthetic cream. In some cases, dental anesthesia is used. platelet-rich plasma is the basic preparation on which the treatment is based. Convalescence period after surgery
In a few rare cases, slight swelling, pain, itching, bruising or discoloration and sensitivity to pain may occur after the procedure.
However, these symptoms appear so rarely and disappear within a few days that it is not worth worrying about them. Immediately after the procedure, some patients experience local swelling, which subsides within 4 hours.
